The Rev. Roger William Smith is the Vicar of All Souls Chapel, St. Huberts New York.

Fr. Smith has been Rector of St. Andrews Church, St. Thomas Virgin Islands; St. Johns Church , St. Croix Virgin Islands; and St. James Church, Farmington Connecticut .

He was Dean of the Cathedral of Christ the King in Kalamazoo , Michigan before becoming Rector of the Church of the Holy Spirit, Wayland, Massachusettes and St. Helena Church in Beaufort , South Carolina .

Fr.. Smith has also been a member of the adjunct faculty at the University of South Carolina in the History Department, and a Fellow of the Cathedral College of Preachers of the National Cathedral in Washington D.C.
